Created for Riders. By Riders.
Dick and Brigitte Blaudow relocated from Illinois to North Florida a few years ago to enjoy the warmer climate. After building a successful business in Illinois, the Blaudows were looking to start their next chapter. The move to Northeast Florida gave Dick the chance to pursue his childhood passion for horses.
In the summer of 2019, Dick and Brigitte started The Ranch at Traders Hill as a personal project, which quickly grew into a fully functioning equine and recreation facility.

Situated on nearly 800 acres of natural, Old Florida beauty and along the St. Marys River, The Ranch at Traders Hill embodies the equestrian lifestyle.

Our state-of-the-art arena, spacious barns, and paddocks, as well as riding trails and courses, give our members an opportunity to connect with their horses on a level not available anywhere else in the region.
